about
Buffalo Bones is dedicated to indigenous people everywhere struggling for their right to be respected and to generate respect for mother earth.
The music came to us when we were in Canada, the words when we were in Thailand. It was recorded near Potsdam in August of 2016, mixed in December in Bavaria and this video was born on christmas day.. Best wishes to the planet and her people.

lyrics
..Buffalo Bones..
just as far as you can see
all around you and all around me
6 whole days the crow would fly
where my people lived and died
6 fine lanes of blacktop road
down below the buffalo bones
down below the buffalo bones..
now i'm so old that i can't cry
and i have watched great grandfather die
he heard words that had no soul
told to do what he was told
down below the buffalo bones
down below the buffalo bones..
that man came from far away
that man came and he never went away
down below the buffalo bones
down below the buffalo bones..
